Our services are designed to build on each other. Many families begin with the IEP Review & Strategy Call. If additional support is needed, they can move into the Comprehensive IEP Advocacy & Strategy Package.
If you start with the $375 IEP Review & Strategy Call and later upgrade to the $850 Comprehensive Package, your $375 payment is credited toward the upgraded package.
Example: You would only pay the remaining $475.

IEP Review & Strategy Call
A professional review of your child’s IEP and relevant school documentation, followed by a focused strategy call with Danielle.
Includes:
- Review of your child’s IEP and relevant school records
- Identification of academic gaps and missing supports
- Review of behavioral concerns when behavior is a factor
- Identification of weak goals, accommodations, or services
- 45–60 minute follow-up strategy call
- Actionable next-step recommendations
Best for: Parents who want expert guidance before deciding whether more comprehensive advocacy support is needed.
Comprehensive IEP Advocacy & Strategy Package
A deeper review and customized strategy plan for families who know something is not working and want a clear path forward.
What We Review:

- Behavior plans and disciplinary concerns when applicable
- Placement, support, and implementation concerns
- Gaps between your child’s needs and the current plan
What You Receive:
- Comprehensive review and analysis
- 60-minute strategy consultation
- Clear explanation of what is not working
- Customized recommendations and advocacy strategy
- Guidance for your next IEP meeting or school discussion
Best for: Families dealing with incomplete IEPs, academic regression, behavioral concerns, school resistance, or uncertainty about next steps.
Monthly Advocacy & Strategy Plan
Continued expert guidance for families who need ongoing support as IEP concerns, school communication, and academic or behavioral issues evolve.
This option is typically used after completing an IEP review or strategy package.
Includes:
- One 60-minute strategy call each month
- Ongoing email support during business hours
- Review of relevant updates and school communication
- Guidance on next steps and parent communication with the school
- Continued strategy adjustments as new concerns develop
Meeting attendance, extensive new document review, or emergency support are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
Best for: Families who want continued expert oversight without committing to full meeting advocacy.
